The home inspection
is your professional link to the builder’s product,
making sure that all the builder’s codes and standards
are met;
upgrades, if any, are added successfully, and contractors’packages
are complete. Connections 2 Inspections wants to be sure
that the
purchaser of a home receives the house for which he or she
has paid.
We will fax or mail to you a packet of information regarding
your personal
home inspection. This packet will contain the actual “punch
list” of notes
and commentary made by the inspector as he walked through
your home.
It will also include a detailed summery of the visual inspection,
the findings,
recommendations, and conclusions of the inspector.

While
James was attending Rhode Island College, both before and
after his tour duty in the US Army, he worked as an apprentice
and journeyman in the area of electricity and plumbing.
James’ degree, a Bachelor of Science in Industrial
Arts and Vocational Education, allowed him to teach in two
local high schools for a total of twenty-one years. As a
Building Maintenance teacher, his students were instructed
in various phases of welding, electrical, plumbing and construction
technology. James currently holds a life professional certification
from the State of Rhode Island for teaching in both the
Industrial Arts and Vocational fields. In order to attain
the Vocational certification, James had to show at least
six years of actual field work in the vocational arena.
James achieved this by working for a master plumber, electrician
and a construction company. During these years he acquired
and renovated numerous properties for himself and others.
